Step 1: Log in to Your EventHunt Account
Navigate to EventHunt.app.
Click on the Log In button and enter your credentials.
If you’re new to EventHunt, click Sign Up to create an account.
Step 2: Start Creating Your Event
After logging in, go to the Dashboard.
Click the + Create Event button.
Fill in the following basic details:
Event Title: The name of your event.
Date and Time: Set the start and end times for your event.
Event Type: Choose whether your event is virtual, in-person, or hybrid.
Step 3: Customize Event Details
Event Description: Provide a detailed overview of your event to attract attendees.
Agenda: Outline the schedule to give attendees clarity.
FAQs: Add commonly asked questions and answers to address attendee concerns.
Banner Image: Upload a banner to visually represent your event. Recommended dimensions: 1920x1080 pixels.
Step 4: Set Up Tickets and Registration
Go to the Tickets section.
Choose between Free or Paid tickets. For paid tickets:
Set the price.
Enter ticket quantities and availability dates.
Add Promo Codes for discounts if needed.
Customize the registration form by adding fields (e.g., name, email, phone number, or custom questions).
Step 5: Share Your Event
Generate a Public URL for your event from the Share tab.
Share the link on social media, email, or your website.
Encourage attendees to register early to secure their spots.
Step 6: Manage Your Event
Monitor registrations from the Delegates tab.
Send automated confirmation and reminder emails to attendees.
Add hosts or speakers and provide them with access to manage specific parts of the event.
Step 7: Use QR Codes for Check-ins
Download the QR codes for tickets from the Check-in Management tab.
Use the EventHunt mobile app or a QR scanner to check attendees in during the event.
Step 8: Review Event Insights
After the event, access analytics from the Insights section.
View data like the number of attendees, ticket sales, and check-in reports.
Use these insights to plan and improve future events.
Pro Tips for Customization
Add custom branding: Include your logo and brand colors in the event page design.
Engage attendees: Use promo codes to encourage early registrations.
Update FAQs regularly: Address any specific attendee queries before the event.
